Yeah, you are right. He has praised Kolkata in this song. The beauty of the city, its legacy and the fact that Kolkata is such an important city, not in India but the whole of Asia it should have been done a long time before. He describes the metropolis beautifully.

I feel that that the beauty of Kolkata, the soul of Kolkata has been captured weel by this song; though I cannot understan a word of Telugu. One of my favs.
