The creators met on Cartoon Network’s “Space Ghost Coast to Coast” and pitched the almost unexplainable “Aqua Teen Hunger Force” (featuring three talking fast food products originally conceived for a never produced “Space Ghost”) to Cartoon Network, which OK’d the show. It has become the most popular original series in the network’s Adult Swim line-up.
