Black Americans are better off today because after the European nations took slaves they then went back and colonized those same African countries. Then after those countries gained their independence they obviously struggled. Europeans took their resources and left a broke and ravished continent. And African Americans should get reparations, Taxation without representation. The right to vote was given not to long ago
